WELCOME TO OUR SITE The Howard County Dental Hygienists' Association (HCDHA) is a local component of the Maryland Dental Hygienists' Association (MDHA) which is a constituent of the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA). The Association is a professional organization which represents registered dental hygienists who live or practice in Howard County. Nestled in central Maryland, this component has been in existence since the early 1970's.
